Online Cacao & Icaros Ceremony

We invite you to join us on Thursday to enjoy a delicious warm cup of ceremonial Cacao and take part in a combination of our practices with an overall focus on deepening our connection with ourselves and spirit.

After an intense Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse weekend, we're offering a space to slow down, connect and focus on bringing in love, joy and abundance. Alex will teach an alternate nostril breathing technique to calm our minds bringing us into relaxation and sing a Icaro for joy and love. An Icaro is a sacred song from spirit and will help connect more deeply to Cacao. Then I will offer a guided meditation around setting intentions and positive affirmations. Sew the seeds of your dreams, bring more joy in your life, and then have a lovley night's rest.

Where:

• This will be an online event via Zoom. The link will be sent out the day before, please check your junk mail.
• The replay will be sent out afterwards if you’re unable to make it live.

What you will need:

• A comfortable and quiet space
• Journal and pen
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Ceremonial Cacao

Precautions:

If you have or have had any of the following please let us know beforehand:

• Taking medication such as antidepressants
• High blood pressure
• Heart problems
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Preparation:

Please avoid the following stimulants on the day of the ceremony:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before the ceremony
