We invite you to join us online for an intention setting ceremony :)
We'll be combining our energies in this offering! Alex will guide us in pranayama (yogic breathing technique) and offer an Icaro (sacred song) to deepen our connection with Mama Cacao & Spirit. I will then offer a guided intention setting meditation. We will close with an optional share circle.
This ceremony is all about connecting to your heart, listening to its desires and planting healthy intention seeds. It'll be a calming & grouding experience. Ceremonial Cacao is optional, but will empower the process. Cacao is a versatile plant medicine that connects us to mind, body and soul, making it a wonderful companion for intention setting.
