Full Moon Online Cacao Ceremony - Monday 19th August, 8pm UK / 3pm EDT

I invite you to join me online in ceremony for the Full Moon in Aquarius. This is a Supermoon, meaning the Moon is at its closest point to Earth making the energy even stronger! Aquarius is an Air sign that brings freedom, a deep desire within you to get things done and to trust yourself, the universe and to align with your purpose!

Full Moons bring an opportunity for change, a clean break which makes it a good time for releasing, letting go of any outdated beliefs, old habits and anything that no longer serves you. This could be people, places, relationships, whatever resonates and is being shown to you. This is the time to release and create space for the new.

Cacao is a versatile plant medicine that opens the heart and peels back layers, bringing you home to you. It connects you with your mind, body and soul making it the perfect companion to go inwards and release under this Full Moon.

Drinking Ceremonial Cacao is optional, but will empower the process. A nice herbal tea or water will do as an alternative.

The ceremony will be recorded. If you’re unable to join live and would like the replay, please purchase a ticket as normal. I encourage you to do the meditation 2-3 times around the Full Moon peaking as each time it will shift different energies.

• Journal and pen
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Ceremonial Cacao (optional)

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Preparation:

If you are drinking Ceremonial Cacao, please avoid the following stimulants on the day of the ceremony:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before the ceremony
