Online Ganesha Cacao Ritual

Join me in a Ritual to connect with the power of Ganesha & spirit of Cacao! Ganesha removes obstacles internally & externally and is the ruler of the root chakra. Thus, the elephant man is a wonderful companion for healing the root chakra and grounding. Cacao connects to the heart, opens us up in subtle yet profound ways to the spiritual realm, and grounds us in this reality. Therefore,  Cacao will amplify the power of the healing and guidance we recieve from Ganesha. Between the two, you will experience a deep healing and replenishing of your root chakra, which may include issues around self-worth, abundancy, and general stress. Ganesha is quite a gentle, powerful healer and teacher without Cacao. So, drinking Cacao is optional. A replay will be sent out afterwards for those unable to make it live. Please see the outline of our Ritual below.

• Drinking Ceremonial Cacao (optional) with a blessing & opening of the healing space
• Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing)
• Group Ganesha mantra chanting (Om Gam Ganeshaya Namaha)
• I will offer an Icaro (sacred song) to deepen connection to the spirit of Cacao
• Guided meditaiton on releasing & replenishing root chakra

Where:

• This will be an online event via Zoom. The link will be sent out the day before; please check your junk mail.
• The replay will be sent out afterwards if you’re unable to make it live.

What you will need:

• A comfortable and quiet space
• Journal and pen
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Ceremonial Cacao (optional)
• Anything sentimental, for example; a crystal or Ganesha statue

Precautions:

If you have or have had any of the following please let me know beforehand:

• Taking medication such as antidepressants
• High blood pressure
• Heart problems
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Preparation:

If you are drinking Ceremonial Cacao, please avoid the following stimulants on the day of the ceremony:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before the ceremony
