Online New Moon Cacao & Icaro Ceremony, Thursday 4th July, 8pm UK / 3pm EST

We invite you to join us for the New Moon in Cancer, our Sun sign! This is a time to slow down, tune in and nurture your mind, body and soul. New Moons are a time for new beginnings, to set intention and to manifest. Whether you're planting new seeds or nourishing ones previously planted, this is a great opportunity to work with these new energies!

We'll be combining our energies in this offering. Alex will offer an Icaro (sacred song) to strengthen connection to the spirit of Cacao & the Moon. Natalie will offer a guided intention setting meditation. We will close with an optional share circle. You'll leave this ceremony grounded, connected to your heart & ready for your intentions to be fulfilled!

This is the first New Moon since the Summer Solstice! Cancer is a Water sign that’s intuitive, nurturing, inviting you to feel your feelings, listen and honor your needs and create your own sanctuary. Cancer is also the only sign ruled by the Moon, which brings a motherly energy seeking comfort and spending time with loved ones.

Cacao is a versatile plant medicine that opens the heart and peels back layers, bringing you home to you. The plant’s ability to connect us to our authentic self makes it a powerful instrument in setting intents with New Moons. Cacao will empower the intention setting process, but is optional. A blessed cup of tea or water will suffice. We will send full instructions beforehand on how to prepare your Cacao for the ceremony.

The ceremony will be recorded. If you’re unable to join live and would like the replay, please purchase a ticket as normal. It will be sent out shortly after the ceremony. We encourage you to do the meditation 2-3 times as the New Moon energy will last up to three days after her peak and each session will shift different energies.

• A comfortable and quiet space
• Journal and pen
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Ceremonial Cacao (optional)

Preparation:

Please avoid the following stimulants on the day of the ceremony:

• Caffeine
• Alcohol
• Please avoid eating at least 2 hours before the ceremony
